Recipe of Happiness

Are you happy?
Yeah.
Keep doing what you’re doing.
Are you happy?
No.
Are you ready to describe happiness? You ask why? Because princesses who cannot describe happiness cannot reach happiness.

Be clear

How do you have something that cannot be described clearly? For example, can you make a cake without a recipe? Or can you find an address you don’t know without asking the car’s navigation? In happiness, the situation is no different. If you cannot clearly define what you mean by happiness, it is not possible for you to reach it and stay there.

Solution: Think about the things you are happy doing. Singing, playing with children, exploring new places… Your heart will whisper the truth to you. Whatever it is that makes you happy, try to do more of them.

For example, I love planning family activities, producing productive projects related to my work, and helping people. When I do these, I feel happy.

Happy moments notebook

I ask people around me to tell me a few moments that have made them very happy this year. Now you do the same, please, can you count your three moments? In general, everyone stops, dives into the distance, thinks for a long time… They give answers like “Well, wait, well, I didn’t know, suddenly…”. Well, if happiness is so important to us and we can’t even remember the moments when we were happy as the years pass by like water, what are we living for?

Solution: Keep a notebook. Write down the events that make you happiest every day, every week, every month. Nothing written is forgotten. Your notebook will also allow you to be more positive as you go back and read.

7 must-have skills

Why are some people happier? Because they have embedded certain skills for their daily life. Do it too.

Take a look at the extent to which you apply the following skills in your daily life. Make sure to practice at least one skill each week. After a few months, you will see your level of happiness increase.

  1. Acceptance: Accept yourself and others without judgment.
  2. Empathy: Try to look at life through the eyes of those around you by isolating yourself from your feelings and thoughts.
  3. Gratitude: be grateful for what you’ve been through and the people in your life.
  4. Prioritize: Prioritize doing activities that make you feel happy, create time.
  5. Sincerity: Pay attention to every word that comes out of your mouth, be sincere and stand by your word.
  6. Expression: Feel free to express yourself freely.
  7. Time: Do not let your days, months, years pass unplanned. Make your time quality.

The role of money in our life

Rest assured, the happiest times are usually those that have nothing to do with money. When people say happy moments, they usually experience events such as the birth of their children, graduation, report card, wedding, a family trip, a day spent with lots of laughter, the surprise of a loved one whom they have not seen for a long time on their birthday. All research shows that money brings happiness to some extent, livelihood etc. “even more” does not make “happier” after it is provided.

Solution: The problem is not in the money, but in your view of the money. Review your relationship with money. I will provide money coaching support to my first 3 Classy ché followers who need support in this regard. You can write to me.

Spend on experiences

According to research by Cambridge University, there is a relationship between spending money and happiness, but on one condition: people who spend in accordance with their personality are happier in their lives. In other words, experiences make people happy more than things.
