- Plan your outdoor activities for cooler times of the day, such as in the morning or evening.
- Take care to be in ventilated areas during extremely hot and humid time periods.
- Try to dress appropriately for the weather. Prefer cotton and light clothes.
- If you need to go out in hot weather, try to cool your clothes in the refrigerator beforehand.
- Be sure to use a hat.
- Try bathing in warm water instead of hot water.
- Do not forget to drink plenty of water during the day.
