Prepare To Sweat With An Atletica Class

It is ideal if you want to lose a few pounds, as the high-density structure of the course also provides fat burning.

What?

The lessons are divided into three parts, each consisting of three different workouts. Each workout is divided into 20 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest, repeated four times. After completing the first part, three workouts are repeated before moving on to the next part of the class. A total of 18 exercises are performed in the class, including burpee, squat jump with sledgehammer, squat upright row with kettlebells, Russian twist with medicine balls, hurdle, battle rope and sled push.

Do it yourself

Put together nine exercise plans divided into three parts. Make sure that the three exercises in each section work different parts of your body. For example, the first three exercises might be the press-up, followed by the burpee and squat jump. Do the first exercise for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, and then repeat three more times. After following this format for all three exercises in your first session, repeat a second time before moving on to your next round of exercises. You can change your workouts each time the Athletica class in the studios. But if you want to measure your progress, you can stick to the station work for six weeks before changing it.
