Answers
If mostly A outputs:
Your ideal ab workouts is trail running
You already love to run, but summer means getting away from the treadmill and going out into the field. You are a successful person when you have control and you are always in search of adventure. Whether navigating forests, rivers or mountains, a green supplement will offer the mental and emotional support to keep you going. Spending less time on the treadmill and navigating rough terrain will train your body endlessly. Because you need balance to move through obstacles, you’ll be using a large muscle group in both your legs and arms, and your focus to avoid bumps will keep you in the moment. The scenery you will encounter on the road will give you an energy that will make you feel enthusiastic, and moreover, you will appeal to the problematic areas of your body with trail running. You will enter the MICT zone (moderate-intensity sustained exercise) that has been proven to burn a full calorie. The rough surface will give you a great abdominal workout while running, as it tests the core area.
If B output mostly:
Your ideal training is tennis
Find a partner and go straight to the tennis court. You are motivated by rewards, so competitive training encourages you and allows you to give yourself completely. A busy social life is also important to you, so you should turn fitness into a fun social activity. You’ll also score well on the fitness spectrum. Tennis acts as a HIT without you even realizing it. Because as you chase the ball on the field and run towards the net, your heart rate goes up. Moreover, you will find the opportunity to breathe between sets. Keeping your eye on the ball tests your balance and coordination skills, while fine-tuning your serve provides fantastic form.
If mostly C outputs:
Your ideal workout is cycling.
Cardio is often your go-to workout, and you need a low-intensity workout that won’t stress your body too much. That’s exactly why the bike is a great choice to take time for yourself. It’s entirely up to you what the pedal is and how hard you press it; whether you want to climb the hills or wander in the company of the scenery. You don’t have an instructor with you to tell you what to do. Moreover, it is very beneficial for your body! Climbing hills works your upper legs, while sprinting downhill offers a lot of cardio work out.
If mostly D outputs:
Your ideal workout is hiking.
Considering you’re a nature lover, staying outdoors will also keep you in the training zone. Grab a map and binoculars and enjoy the nature that comes your way along the way. Since you are after peace, walking will offer you the chance to train at an intense or comfortable pace. While hiking is often thought to not burn calories, the lower intensity allows for longer sessions and the results are addictingly good. As a walking pole, strengthen your legs while shaping your arms and shoulders.
