There's nothing more iconic than the MTV Music Video Awards and it's coming back for another year in 2020, despite the coronavirus pandemic.

The 2020 MTV Video Music Awards might be totally different than what we're used to seeing in previous years, but that doesn't mean that it's not going to be HUGE. Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, BTS, Black Eyed Peas, DaBaby, Miley Cyrus, CNCO, Doja Cat, Maluma and The Weeknd are all expected to put on a show along with some other big names that have yet to be announced. According to MTV, "The 2020 MTV VMAs air on Sunday, August 30th at 8 PM ET/PT with the VMAs Pre-Show beginning at 6:30 PM ET/PT on MTV. This year's main show will simulcast across 11 ViacomCBS' Entertainment & Youth Brands including BET, BET Her, CMT, Comedy Central, Logo, MTV2, Nick at Nite, Paramount Network, Pop, TV Land, VH1, as well as The CW, making it available to an expanded broadcast audience for the first time."
