1 tablespoon of butter
4 tablespoons of flour
1 liter of hot water
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of vinegar

30 gr butter
Melt the butter. Roast the flour until the extra color turns slightly pink. Continue to mix and add the water little by little. Add salt and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add the grated garlic. Add vinegar.
Cover the pot and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
Cover the butter and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the red pepper. Pour over the soup and serve hot.
