Cretan Olive Salad

Preparation Time: 10 minutes for 4 people 500 gr green olives 2 tomatoes 2 cloves of garlic 4 fresh onions 5 tablespoons of lemon juice 10 walnuts 2 tablespoons of olive oil Draw the green olives with a knife. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Clean and chop fresh onions. Peel the garlic. Mix the olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl. Cut the walnuts in half. Combine the olives, tomatoes, garlic, walnuts and scallions in a bowl. Take it to the serving plate. Pour the olive oil mixture on it. Garnish with greens and serve.
