Soup: Bulgur Soup with Milk

Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes 6 person 1 glass of thin wheat 2 potatoes 1 glass of water Milk 4 glasses of water 1 teaspoon of salt For the above 2 spoonful butter 1 teaspoon of red paprika Extract the wheat and wash it. Peel the skins of the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Boil the wheat and potatoes into the pot and add water until the potatoes are soft. Add milk and salt and boil. Melt the butter and add red pepper flakes. Serve hot by transferring the soup to bowls and drizzling peppered oil on it.
